This mattress topper is guaranteed to the original purchaser, against defects in materials and workmanship for 4 years. The warranty covers 100% of the purchase price. Your mattress topper will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained herein.

1. Warranty is void if the topper has been burned, damaged, stained, or otherwise abused.
2. “Too hard or too soft” is a judgment, not warranted.
3. Upon inspection, any topper found to be in an unsanitary condition will not be repaired or replaced and the warranty will be null and void.
4. Warranty is void if any labels are removed.
5. Freight to and from the KTT Enterprise facility will be at the purchaser’s expense.
6. Repair or replacement is at the option of KTT Enterprises.
7. Proof of original purchase must be verified with the sales receipt.
